Position Summary –
The Associate Division DIrector under the supervision of the CPD will assist in providing direction and support to local programs supporting local offices in the compliance of operations and practice. The ADD is responsible for assisting with the development of program policy and procedures, initiatives, and projects. The DC will support the implementation of program best practice reviews, adherence to standards, training and support local offices towards best practice standards. The ADD works with the CPD in determining, planning, implementation, evaluating and maintaining best practice standards. The ADD is responsible for working with identified field experts in the development and roll out of materials related to agency, county, state, accreditation protocols. The ADD will participate in organizational development projects, such as accreditation, planning, budgeting etc.
• Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework employment in division related field.
• Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
