| More about the job: | OUTPATIENT:
Provides direct / indirect patient care in an Outpatient clinical setting. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Facilitates group therapy and educational groups. Functions as a case manager for as assigned group of clients.
INPATIENT:
Will provide inpatient group therapy. One to one therapy and family therapy as needed. Must be able to perform psych-social assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
INTAKE:
Demonstrates advanced level of assessment akills and completes a comprehensive psychosocial evaluation on all assigned patients in a systematic way to determine the need and type of care and treatment provided.
Requires master's level clinician with AZ licensure in one of the following LASAC, LISAC, LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, preference is independent level. Must have current license at the time of hire. |
