| More about the job: | Positive Change Counseling, a private counseling agency, is seeking a Contract Intake Coordinator to act as first line of contact to foster children, health-care providers and insurance providers. Individual will respond to contacts from referral sources, gather information to identify client needs and refer to the appropriate staff to deliver the requested services. Must possess good organizational skills, a friendly demeanor and excellent typing and clerical skills. Must be familiar with Medicaid services, Core Services, CAFAS Scoring and experienced in completing assessments. Degree in human services field required and strong knowledge of medical terminology preferred. LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LAPC preferred. P/T with 80% local travel.
