| More about the job: | Responsible professional work coordinating the delivery of family support services utilizing a broad range of community services and natural support systems. Requires knowledge of what constitutes quality documentation of services provided. Monitors performance of independent contractors who deliver services. Participates in organization’s performance and quality improvement efforts.
Skills/ Requirements
Education & Experience:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or other related field with at least four (4) years of experience in the mental health field with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory position. Must be licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
