| More about the job: | This position plans, supervises, coordinates and monitors the work of professional AODA, social work and support staff through case consultation; develops and evaluates consumer service programs, resources, and budget to ensure cost effectiveness in service delivery; participates in public relations and community programs, provides direct consumer care.
Essential Duties include:
Administers county programs for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) and co-occurring disorders services; establishes systems to monitor, review and develop programs for compliance with Federal, State, and local agency guidelines, regulations and laws; collects basic statistical data and information; develops, interprets and implements policies and procedures related to programs; establishes and monitors programs to ensure quality services are delivered.
